Yat Guan Packing Process
Our five-step packing process is built for heavy machinery and large products that need team handling. From base setup and wrapping to securing, crating, and labeling, every stage is carried out with precision to keep your goods stable and protected through transit.
For smaller items, the first two steps may be completed separately, allowing flexibility while maintaining the same high standards of care and quality.

1
Base Preparation
Under our packing supervisor’s guidance, the base is lined with PE sheets, bubble wrap, or vacuum bags. The product is then positioned and the load-bearing supports adjusted and secured for stability during transit.

2
Wrapping
Items are wrapped with stretch film and bubble wrap according to customer specifications. Silica gel is added before sealing with a final layer or vacuum-sealing with thermal heating sealers for moisture protection.

3
Securing
The wrapped product is reinforced with wooden wedges and foam cushioning, then fastened with lashing belts to prevent shifting or vibration, ensuring complete stability throughout handling and transport.

4
Crating
Panels and supports are assembled around the packed product to form a strong crate. All sides are fixed to the base with proper joist supports and tensioning straps, creating a rigid, self-supporting structure.

5
Marking & Accesories
Each crate is clearly labelled with handling instructions and shipment details. On request, we attach Tilt Watch and Shock Watch indicators to monitor movement and impact throughout delivery.
