Wooden pallets provide a durable and cost-effective solution for heavy loads. They are straightforward to repair, reuse, and recycle, helping extend service life and control replacement costs. Standard sizes, including EUR, GMA, and ISO formats, support common forklifts, pallet jacks, trucks, and shipping containers.
Yat Guan manufactures standard and custom wooden pallets to suit specific load, handling, storage, and transport requirements. Our semi-automated production systems support consistent quality and a monthly capacity of up to 110,000 pallets. Pallets are available in hardwood, softwood, and engineered board, with 2-way or 4-way entry options.
ISPM 15 heat treatment and PEFC-certified timber options are available where required. Refer to the table below for our customisable options on these standard builds.

Material options
- Kiln-dried softwood or mixed hardwood
- Sustainable options: Acacia / PEFC chain-of-custody timber
- Planed/closed decks for higher hygiene expectations (e.g. Food/Pharma secondary packaging)
- Engineered tops: plywood/LVL for flatter, snag-free decks
- Anti-mould treatment; ring/screw-shank nails or bolts per duty class
Compliance options
- ISPM-15 heat/fumigation treatment (export-ready), with IPPC stamp on treated lots
- Batch-level HT/MB certificates (on request) in digital format for audits
- QA documentation and load test reports on request
- Identification: stencilled logo and serial for traceability
Design options*
- Entry: 4-way block design, 4-way notched stringer, or 2-way stringer style depending on your handling flow
- Deck: light / standard / heavy; board thickness and spacing tuned to your load profile
- Base: open/closed/perimeter base, 3-/5-stringer, or conveyor / pallet-truck-friendly skids
- Features: chamfers, anti-slip strips, corner/edge protection, branded stencils
- Load tuning: from lighter display loads up to ~750 kg+ evenly distributed, with reinforced decks/blocks or stringers
