How Our Repair Program Works

Intake & Sorting
We collect or receive mixed pallets, segregate by size and specification, and isolate units for repair versus recycle. A quick visual triage removes unsafe pallets from circulation immediately.

Inspection & Grading
Each pallet is measured against your approved specification. We grade defects (deckboard cracks, loose/bent fasteners, stringer splits, block damage) and apply a defined repair plan so output remains consistent across batches.

Structural Repairs
Common fixes include deckboard replacement, stringer plugging/dutchman repairs, re-fastening to approved nail patterns, and corner stabilization. Components are matched to your material standards to preserve load performance.

Compliance & Treatment
For export-bound cycles, we route repaired pallets through ISPM-15 heat treatment with lot segregation and batch records. Domestic cycles bypass treatment unless you instruct otherwise to reduce time and cost.

Identification & Tracking
Every repaired pallet carries a clear “R” and a cycle count so warehouse staff can distinguish them at a glance and manage rotation. Batch IDs link back to repair dates, actions taken, and treatment status for audit trails.

Final QA & Release
Before release, we verify squareness, deckboard spacing, fastener seating, and bearing-point integrity. Non-conforming units are recycled for material recovery rather than re-issued.
