ISPM-15 Certified Facility

What this means for your operations

Our treatment facilities are accredited to carry out heat treatment in accordance with ISPM 15, the international standard for wood packaging used in export trade.

Every treated pallet, crate, and piece of dunnage is verified, recorded, and marked with an approved treatment code. These records allow each batch to be traced back to the facility where it was treated.

Our Singapore facility operates under accreditation from the National Parks Board (NParks), while our Johor Bahru facility is regulated by the Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services (MAQIS). By maintaining recognised phytosanitary treatment and documentation standards, we help customers prepare wooden packaging for shipment to major markets, including the EU, United States, Australia, China, and ASEAN countries.

This gives exporters clearer treatment records and reduces the risk of avoidable customs delays or rejected wood packaging.

Key benefits:

  • Globally recognized certification and traceable treatment codes eases cross-border clearance for your export logistics partners.
  • Updated compliance protocols under IPPC, NParks, and MAQIS guidelines.

Meeting Global Standards for Seamless Trade

Export-bound pallets and crates undergo ISPM 15 heat treatment before dispatch. These orders are kept separate from untreated domestic stock, with each batch recorded and tracked through the treatment process.

During treatment, we monitor and log the required temperature and duration. Once the batch is cleared, the pallets are marked for compliance and issued with digital certificates for customs clearance and verification.

Domestic orders are supplied untreated as standard. Heat treatment can be arranged where required.

  • Treatment spec:
